Let us show you how Ayurveda can help you!
Achieving Health and Longevity through the Art of Daily Living
Healthy & Happy Body, Mind, and Spirit…doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive.
Knowing your own body and what makes you YOU gives you clues on how you can obtain and maintain health, joy, and balance in your life.
Amala Wellness works with each individual to uncover what your needs are and together we develop a plan that will fit into your busy life.
We meet each client where they are, no judgment, identify the types of diet and lifestyle that will put you (or keep you) on the path to your most fulfilling life. We offer ayurvedic consultations and authentic traditional ayurvedic treatments.
Ayurvedic Practitioner and Owner of Amala Wellness
“I suffer from anxiety - when I start feeling particularly anxious, I call Sue to book an Abhyanga treatment. Just works wonders for me! Highly calming and I recommend everyone tries this! ”
As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation, the practitioners and therapists at Amala follow the safety rules of the state of NH and the Industry guidelines.
We are only allowed to have a specific amount of people in the space to allow for social distancing and cleaning. Since we have limited appointments available, we recommend that you make your appointment as soon as possible as this may be the reality for the unforeseeable future!
When you schedule your appointment, we will contact you with the most current safety guidelines. Your safety and the safety of your loved ones and ours is always of the utmost importance to us.
As many of you know, each therapist and practitioner at Amala Wellness is an independent small business owner. Amala is the house in which we work in. Each therapist/practitioner makes their own decisions on when and how they will work. If you have questions or concerns, please contact them directly. Their information can be found on the 'Practitioners' page.
Please check our webpage or Facebook page for updates.
Stay well, dear Amalians! Continue to practice dinachyra (ayurvedic daily rituals), yoga and pranayama to stay healthy physically, mentally and emotionally. We hope to see you soon!
