Sue opened Amala Wellness in 2009 and is pleased to be offering ayurvedic consultations and treatments to clients throughout New England and beyond
After many years in the corporate business world, Susan began her journey in the world of natural medicine after being diagnosed with a painful and incurable disease in 2003. She was prescribed medication that left her barely functional and refused to believe that this was how she would live the rest of her life so she began to research alternative medicine. She discovered Ayurveda and it's beautifully natural simplicity and by incorporating Ayurvedic lifestyle principles, she now leads a physically, mentally and spiritually joyful life. Sue now looks at this event in her life as a gift, one that led her to living and sharing Ayurveda with others. In addition to her work, Sue is the MA, NH & VT Commissioner of Scots Clan Farquharson USA.

Michaela Sullivan, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Michaela Sullivan is an intuitive massage practitioner who is licensed in New Hampshire and certified at the North Eastern Institute of Whole Health. There she was inspired by her study of a wide variety of modalities including hydrotherapy, reflexology, and lymphatic drainage. She took a particular interest in Eastern Traditional Medicine because she believes all body work has an underlying element of energy work.
She is an attuned reiki practitioner in the Usui tradition who utilizes her own style of hands with intention over the body’s natural energy centers to promote flow and healing. Courses on acupressure and neuromuscular technique helped enlighten her favorite style of massage which moves to deep targeted work on trigger points after warming up with Swedish strokes. Additionally, she is trained in a specific style of range of motion joint therapy called the Grigorian Method.
Michaela has always been a creative type, and she loves painting, playing guitar, and writing about spirituality in her spare time. She received her BA in English from UMass Boston in 2016 but felt compelled to pursue a career in which she could express both her creativity and spirituality, and massage therapy was the perfect fit.
