About the Event
In this workshop, we will uncover what your unique constitution and tenancies are so you can easily identify when you begin to go out of balance and correct it with simple and appropriate food and lifestyle choices. No fad diets. No elimination diets. No expensive shakes or pills.
A vegetarian lunch of sweet potato kitcheri will be served.
At the end of class, we will discuss an optional seasonal cleanse for those of you who may be interested or curious. This is an easy and very doable, gentle but profound 4 day cleanse that helps clean out residual qualities from the past season and hits the reset button for your digestion. This is a wonderful opportunity for those who have wanted to do a cleanse to do it with a support system!
