A wonderfully detoxifying pair!  Vishesh is an ayurvedic massage treatment designed to loosen you up, increase circulation and move lymph.  After the vishesh, you hop in the sauna for 30 minutes and sweat it all out!  Compliments your cleanse beautifully but wonderful as stand alone treatment anytime!
